At The Fluffy Dragon Co, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and securely.

  • Delivery Service: We utilise Royal Mail’s Tracked 48® service, which aims to deliver within 2–3 working days. Please note, this is a delivery aim and not a guaranteed timeframe.
  • Order Processing: Orders placed before 12 PM on working days are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends and bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your parcel’s journey.
  • Delivery Notifications: Royal Mail provides delivery updates via SMS or email, including a photo upon delivery for added assurance.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and destination.

 

 

Returns

We hope you love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

  • Return Period: You may return unopened and unused items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
  • Return Process:
    1. Contact our customer service team at sales@thefluffydragon.co to initiate a return.
    2. We will provide you with a Royal Mail Tracked Returns® label.
    3. Affix the label to your parcel and drop it off at any Post Office branch or Royal Mail Customer Service Point.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
  • Exchanges: We do not offer an exchange service.
  • Damaged or Faulty Items: If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
